Every product's rank is calculated using a transparent mathematical equation matching your exact budget and use case. The scores are computed based on raw hardware specifications:
Aggregates CPU cores, GPU benchmarks, unified memory RAM, SSD speed, screen resolutions, battery active hours, and lightweight carry indices.
Balances camera megapixels, zoom, battery capacity (mAh), charging speed (W), screen type (OLED), refresh rates, and hand comfort.
Correlates battery life (days), verified water resistance ATM seals, built-in GPS, LTE cellular options, case sizing comfort, and fitness biosensors.
We don't recommend products in a vacuum. We parse user hardware combinations to prevent ecosystem lock mistakes: * **Strict OS Filtering**: If you select a specific OS (like Windows or macOS), our database completely excludes competing platforms so you only see exactly what fits your network. * **Smartwatch Guard**: If you are an Android user looking at Apple Watch (watchOS) or an iOS user looking at WearOS, we warn you of mismatches and apply demotion penalties to ensure you purchase a syncing device.
